With more than a decade in the digital industry, I have had the opportunity to work in most areas of digital – including content creation, paid media and executive reporting. I have had the privilege to work on big brands and across multiple industries. I enjoy client-facing positions, where we work hand in hand to create strategies to reach marketing goals and show a return on investment, enabling teams to continuously optimise their efforts to achieve the brand’s full potential. My passion point is Social Media, which creates opportunities for brands to interact with their consumers to obtain valuable insight to improve and build the customer experience, reputation and presence within the market. Digital marketing allows brands to ‘humanise’ and host conversations instead of using channels to broadcast to their markets.
